I use gentle pressure to rhythmically knead and stretch your muscles. I blend coconut oil with essential oils for a deeper sense of relaxation. By focusing on your breath and paying close attention to the sensations in your body, your massage can actually become a form of meditation, easing stress and allowing transformational healing of the mind, body and soul.
