RELAXATION MASSAGE

Relaxation begins as soon as you enter the room. Once you are comfortably settled on the soft, warm table my hands are guided to areas of tension within your body. I use gentle pressure to rhythmically knead and stretch your muscles. I blend coconut oil with essential oils for a deeper sense of relaxation. By focusing on your breath and paying close attention to the sensations in your body, your massage can actually become a form of meditation, easing stress and allowing transformational healing of the mind, body and soul.
