NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY
Each session begins with a visual postural assessment and a brief discussion about pain, limitations in range of motion, and the possible causes. Following the assessment, we utilize Neuromuscular techniques to begin unraveling the problem area. This treatment is designed to treat one problematic area at a time, by working deep into the pattern that is causing the pain to release tight muscles and tendons and to bring joints back into full mobility. Great for neck pain, migraines, tennis elbow, tendinitis, sciatica, bursitis, low back pain, shoulder pain, rotator cuff issues and more. NMT can be added-on to any therapeutic massage, creating a powerful healing combination.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
This is the most popular choice amongst our clients. Designed to be therapeutic and the perfect follow up to a Neuromuscular treatment or as a stand alone for sports enthusiasts of any level or for anyone with tight muscles and discomfort in their. Our “therapeutic” massage is designed to keep your body aligned and feeling good. Each session begins with a visual postural assessment, followed by a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapies, and passive stretching to release pain patterns, and ease muscular tension in order to maintain functional alignment for a strong healthy body. Adding 30 minutes neuromuscular therapy to your session can work wonders for those problematic areas. *CBD products are used at no additional charge.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
Relaxation begins as soon as you enter the room. Once you are comfortably settled on the soft, warm table my hands are guided to areas of tension within your body. I use gentle pressure to rhythmically knead and stretch your muscles. I blend coconut oil with essential oils for a deeper sense of relaxation. By focusing on your breath and paying close attention to the sensations in your body, your massage can actually become a form of meditation, easing stress and allowing transformational healing of the mind, body and soul.

NECK & SHOULDERS MASSAGE
This deep tissue massage is designed to work deep into the traps, upper back, neck & shoulders ONLY. The muscles are worked and then stretched to help release tension and relieve pain. This therapy is great to ease post workout soreness. *60 min neuromuscular session is recommended for a pinch nerve or severe pain.
